Parkwood Primary School

We are incredibly grateful to Parkwood Primary School for the opportunity to host our first road safety workshop. Parkwood Primary holds a special place in our hearts at TSE Group, as our CEO attended the school alongside our street works co-ordinator. It was a pleasure to visit the school and teachers again.
Emma and Liam, ran a road safety workshop with the children in Years 1 and 2. They set up a pedestrian crossing on the playground and talked to the children about how to cross the road safely. The children had the opportunity to practise crossing the ‘road’, waiting for the green man. The children were a credit to Parkwood school an enjoyed the activities whilst learning the importance of road safety.
At TSE, we’re passionate about giving back to the community and ensuring our children understand the dangers on the roads. And to always make sure they take the right precautions.
It was a great success, and I’m sure the children loved it as much as we did. We look forward to potentially holding more in the future.

Wayfield and Upchurch Primary Schools

TSE has been out in the local community visiting two more schools in Wayfield, Chatham and Holywell, Upchurch.
The ages of the children range from reception up to year 2 and upon receiving the feedback from the teachers both workshops have been successful.
We are very grateful to be given more opportunities to provide a worthwhile workshop to the younger generation and to give them the confidence to know what to do when approaching a road crossing.
The workshop consists of a 15-minute demonstration with traffic lights that TSE use daily and worksheets to do back in the classroom to carry on their learning about road safety.
